Want to finish your first 5km? This plan can help you from your first steps to your first 5km race. We want to make race day a wonderful capstone to your hard work. Train hard, and always, run smart!
This plan starts with run-walk-run and slowly builds to a continuous 30 minute run.
Plan is 10 weeks in length and the longest training run will last approximately 40 minutes.
